Why ECS
Education Consulting Services, LLC (ECS) is a Houston-based consulting firm dedicated to providing businesses, non-profit organizations, and other entities the ability to execute effective strategies and provide solutions to all questions concerning the most challenging education objectives. We specialize in STEM program design, curriculum, and training development, event planning, logistics, growth strategy, education advocacy, community engagement, and strategic talent development. We help clients to reach their objectives by carefully crafting plans using a variety of processes that help optimize systems, create effective strategies, successfully implement action plans, strengthen partnerships, and evaluate impact. Our Impact
We have been instrumental in clients receiving national recognition for their work related to bridging STEM achievement and talent gaps impacting Black, Latino, and female students. ECS is a keen financial and project manager that handles logistics well. With all projects, ECS is outcome-driven, adept at administering program budgets to maximize beneficial outcomes for students. To ensure our mission of helping generate the next generation of STEM professionals is fulfilled; we will provide organizations seeking to produce a competent workforce with all the necessary resources needed to reach their goals. This is achieved by providing unique, individualized plans that will fit the needs of each client that is seeking answers to their most difficult education-based concerns. We have more than two decades of experience guiding STEM programs and corporate leaders, and creating social impact is a company priority. Our team has the resources and experience necessary to elevate an organization’s influence on its intended audience. Our Founder
Education means so much for the leader behind ECS, Dr. Reagan Flowers. As a former educator, Dr. Flowers has been at the forefront of providing students and professionals alike with the tools necessary to succeed in creating a positive impact in our society. Some of her accomplishments include implementing numerous programs all across the nation and managing over $10 million in funding to help support the development of competent STEM instructional leaders. She has been able to partner with corporate and school district leaders, community development strategies, prominent community leaders and advocates across the nation for STEM accessibility to all, no matter a person's race, class, or socio-economic background. These experiences enable her to provide the necessary leadership, guidance, and knowledge to organizations who need strategic solutions to education initiatives, as well as provide necessary insight in transforming organizations from within to ensure long-term success.
